The Beatles Saturday Club 24th August 1963 Vinyl 7"" EP 2025

The Beatles Saturday Club 24th August 1963 Vinyl 7"" EP 2025

Tracklist:

1. I'll Get You
2. Twist And Shout
3. Long Tall Sally
4. She Loves You

During a six-night run at the Gaumont Cinema in Bournemouth, the group managed to nip into London for a Saturday Club appearance on August 24th. This was the day after the official UK release date of She Loves You, which they performed along with the B-side, I’ll Get You for only the second time on radio. In amongst the chat on the programme, they slip in a quick rendition of Moonglow, one of the songs they used to play at the Cavern while attempting to pass themselves off as a cocktail jazz combo.
